General Operating Policy ※For your safety, Please comply with the following rules
- 1 All the Oasis Outdoor Swimming Pool may not be available based on events or weather conditions. Please check ahead before you visit.
- 2 Operations for Oasis and Cabana may vary in accordance with Corona 19 government guidelines. Please check ahead before you visit.
- 3 Advanced payment is required for the admission fees and food & beverage.
- 4 Children’s fees apply for the age between 25 months and 12 years old and Children under 36 months years of age must be accompanied by a responsible person on a one-to-one basis. (Non-members adults fees apply)

Bringing food and beverage, drones, whistles and portable speakers are prohibited. There is verification procedure before entering the Oasis pool.
※ Food and beverages from outside cannot be stored. - 6 Guests who have tattoos over 15cmx15cm in size on bodies should cover them up with rash guard that they are not visible.
- 7 For safety reasons, bring strollers are prohibited. No pets are allowed in all areas of the Oasis.
- 8 All areas of Oasis are non- smoking.
- 9 Tubes are not permitted at the main pool (Adults pool).
- 10 Please note that the Oasis outdoor heated pools are subject to change due to the availability of temperature and weather.
- 11 Every Friday and Saturday during hot summer season (July to August), extended cabanas will be operated separately. (19:00~01:00)

Food and beverage set is included when using Cabana.
- Champagne, fruit platter, bottled water, soft drinks, and snacks - 4 Night cabanas are only open for a limited period (6/12 to 8/29). However, Friday and Saturday in the hot summer season (July ~ August) extended cabanas will be operated separately (19:00~01:00)
- 5 Reservations are available at all time. However, 7 days advanced reservation is required during for the use on the weekends or holidays during the hot summer season.
- 6 As of 9 am on the usage day, 100% refund or cancellation is possible in case of 10mm of rain according to the weather forecast.

Cancellation Policy
- Before 3 days : No cancellation charge
- Within 2 days – 1 day : 50% cancellation charge
- Day of use : 100% cancellation charge - 9 Cabana Reservation is available from 10:00 to 20:00

Located in the exotic Oasis outdoor Pool, Outdoor Kitchen presents a variety of snacks and beverage as well as poolside barbecue buffet including flavorful hot dishes, salad, and dessert which will captive the tastes of people of all ages.
